Most orders take 10–16 business days, although some may arrive sooner. Due to limited stock availability, many of our products are sourced specifically for each order. If your item is already in stock, it is generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive your tracking details by email within 24–48 hours of placing your order, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Yes. We ship worldwide, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

All footwear is listed in US sizing. We recommend ordering your usual US sneaker size. If you're unsure which size is right for you, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.
